Music Memories Monday – Sunshine

I love to read about people who overcome what most of us would call a disability. Stevie Wonder was blind almost from birth due to an overdose of oxygen in his incubator. This gentleman not only survived, but he thrived. He began his musical career at an astonishingly young age, and by his tenth birthday he had taught himself to play multiple instruments.

Stevie Wonder was a man of many talents, and by age 12 he had cut his first record. He is a musician who has never stopped going deeper into his craft. Wonder is working on a couple of new albums, but this song is one I love to hear him sing.

Do you have a favorite song that he wrote or sings?

  1. You know, the professor never really followed him that much. I like when he played with Kenny G. 😀
